How is CoDeliver priced?

Pricing is built around three main components: a one‑off setup & configuration fee per zone, a monthly charge per store (POS) and a monthly charge per concurrently active courier. On top of that you can add optional add‑ons (embedded map, integrations, company devices) and a support pack. Exact amounts and discounts are calculated dynamically via the CoDeliver Cost Wizard.

What does “concurrently active couriers” mean?

Concurrently active couriers are the maximum number of drivers logged into the CoDeliver Driver App at the same time during a shift. Pricing is based on this peak concurrent usage, not on the total number of driver accounts you have in the system.

What is the difference between the Simple, Basic, Semi-Auto and Auto plans?

In the Simple plan the system mainly acts as a “digital delivery book” with manual broadcast-based assignment; routes are simple 1→1 with no bundling or GPS. In the Basic plan you add real-time GPS and traceability, and couriers receive requests based on availability and location and accept them manually. In the Semi-Auto plan the Route Builder proposes routes and driver candidates, while the final assignment is done by a manager or via self‑accept. In the Auto plan the engine automatically assigns the best driver, supports bundling, lookahead and per‑driver caps, with a full audit trail.

Can I use CoDeliver only for delivery logging and compliance?

Yes. With the Simple plan you can use CoDeliver as a digital delivery ledger: you log the essential data for each route without requiring full auto‑dispatch or complex solver configuration. This is suitable when traceability and compliance are more important than optimisation.

How can I see pricing for my own fleet?

Use the CoDeliver Cost Wizard. In 4 steps you set the number of stores, the peak number of concurrently active couriers, your operating mode (Simple, Basic, Semi-Auto or Auto), the add‑ons you need and your support level. The wizard calculates monthly and one‑off costs in real time and produces a quote summary you can print or share with your team.

Which add‑ons and integrations do you support?

Accepted Answer

CoDeliver supports an embedded navigation map for couriers, MDM for company devices, and connectors to ERP/POS systems and online ordering platforms (e.g. efood, Wolt, BOX). Each add‑on category has its own monthly and/or one‑off fees, which are automatically included in the Cost Wizard calculations.

Can I use different plans or settings for different store groups?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The platform is organised around Groups and Zones, so you can run different configurations and levels of automation per store group. For example, Simple for smaller locations that mainly need logging, Semi-Auto for groups with a shift manager and Auto for centrally managed fleets or delivery providers serving many clients (3PL‑style operations).

How does the Route Builder work?

Accepted Answer

The Route Builder takes the pool of a Zone (stores, drivers, requests) as input and produces suggested or already assigned routes. For each route you see the stop order, estimated arrival times, total distance and a short explanation of which couriers were considered and why one of them was chosen. In the Semi-Auto plan these routes are approved by a human; in the Auto plan they are assigned directly to the driver.

Can I test scenarios before applying them to my live fleet?

Yes. There is a simulation environment and tools like the Route Builder and the Cost Wizard that let you try out different settings (plans, zones, driver counts, SLAs, lateness weights) without affecting production. This helps you arrive at realistic pricing and routing policies before rolling them out to your live operations.

What is a Group and what is a Zone?

A Group is your organisational unit (for example a brand or fleet) where plans, configuration and pricing are applied. Inside a Group you define one or more Zones, which are geographic operating areas with their own stores and drivers. Each Zone has its own Route Builder pool so that routing decisions and settings are independent.

Do I get full history and auditability?

Accepted Answer

Yes. CoDeliver keeps a detailed audit trail for routes, with reports that show which couriers were proposed, who was finally assigned and which requests were included or left out of each route. This lets you understand and document routing decisions towards management or your own customers.
