How it works

How CoDeliver works

Start simple and move to semi‑automatic or fully automatic mode as your volume grows.

1. Stores and couriers

Define the stores that will send delivery requests and the couriers who will serve them. Each store only sees its own deliveries.

2. Orders in the system

Orders come in through CoDeliver POS or automatically via integrations with your ERP / POS / online ordering platforms.

3. Assigning to couriers

Depending on the plan, assignment can be manual, suggestion‑based or fully automatic with smart bundling of deliveries.

4. Monitoring & KPIs

See in real time what is happening in the fleet, monitor delivery times and key KPIs and make decisions based on data.

Key entities

To make discussions about plans and pricing clearer, it helps to align on a few core entities inside CoDeliver.

Group

Organisational unit that holds stores, zones and users (for example a chain of partner stores).

Zone

Operating area with its own stores and couriers; each Zone behaves independently from the others.

Concurrent courier connections

The maximum number of drivers logged into the Driver App at the same time during a shift. Pricing is based on this peak concurrent count, not on the total number of driver accounts.

Plans in more detail

Important clarification: concurrently active couriers

Courier pricing is based on the maximum number of drivers allowed to be logged in to the CoDeliver Driver app at the same time. In other words, it is about how many couriers can be connected concurrently during a shift, not how many people have received login credentials for the Driver app.
