Typical delivery flow in the Auto plan

1. Requests enter the systemStores create delivery requests and CoDeliver automatically updates the request pool for each Zone.
2. Routes & bundling are computedThe engine builds routes with bundled orders, taking into account distances, timing and fairness rules.
3. Automatic assignment to couriersEach route is automatically assigned to the most suitable available courier based on the rules you have configured.
4. Route execution with live visibilityCouriers execute their routes while the backoffice monitors progress and potential delays in real time.
5. SLA reports & optimisationAfter shifts finish, reports on delivery times and load per courier help you fine‑tune rules and Zones.
