Operating plans

Basic plan

In the Basic plan, couriers receive requests based on their availability and GPS position and accept routes manually (broadcast). It is the natural next step after the Simple plan when you need more visibility and control without full automation yet.

Typical delivery flow in the Basic plan (with customer addresses)

The flow below shows a simple single‑delivery scenario in the Basic plan, where the store also enters customer addresses so that distances and ETAs can be estimated.

Plan checklist

  • Fleet GPS: Yes
  • Customer address: Optional
  • Assignment: Manual courier acceptance (broadcast)
  • Order bundling: No (1→1)

Order created at the store

Without customer addresses

  • • Stores enter only the essential order details without requiring a full address.
  • • Couriers receive requests based on their availability and GPS position and accept routes manually.
  • • Faster order entry, but no precise distance or ETA estimates.

With customer addresses

  • • Stores enter customer addresses together with each order.
  • • Combined with courier GPS, the system can estimate distances and ETAs to the store and/or the customer.
  • • More accurate time & distance visibility, with a small extra effort for data entry at store level.

If you want the system to propose routes before you approve them, you can explore the Semi-Auto plan as the next step after Basic.
