Semi-Auto plan

In the Semi-Auto plan, CoDeliver proposes routes with bundled orders and fair distribution across couriers, while a human keeps the final decision on approvals.

Typical delivery flow in the Semi-Auto plan

1. Requests collected per ZoneStores in a Zone send their orders to CoDeliver and the request pool for that Zone is formed.
2. System proposes routesThe Route Builder calculates proposed routes and suggests suitable couriers for each route.
3. Manager approves or adjustsThe shift manager reviews the proposals, approves them as‑is or makes small changes (for example which courier will take a route).
4. Couriers are notifiedCouriers see their assigned or proposed routes in the Driver app and start executing them.
5. Monitoring & tuningThe manager monitors delivery times and load per courier, and can refine settings over time.
