Simple plan

The Simple plan turns the traditional paper delivery log into a digital one. It focuses on logging and traceability with simple timestamp recording, without GPS or automatic assignment, so daily operations stay as straightforward as possible.

Typical delivery flow in the Simple plan

1. Store creates the orderThe store logs a new delivery in CoDeliver POS or in the backend (phone order, till, online order).
2. Couriers get notifiedAvailable couriers are notified that a new delivery is ready to be taken, according to your shift policy.
3. Manual acceptanceOne courier manually accepts the delivery on a first‑come, first‑served basis. Assignment stays simple and transparent.
4. Pickup at the storeThe courier picks up the order from the store and updates the app so that the pickup is recorded.
5. Delivery to the customerThe order is delivered to the customer, the courier completes the trip and CoDeliver keeps a full delivery log.
